Refund policy

We accept the return of full price, unwashed, unused items with hang tags intact within 14 days of receipt.  Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date we receive your return delivery. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping

To return your product, please email contact@theodoreshop.com and you will be given a shipping address and instructions. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance for your returned item.
